Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: If not using leftover cooked chicken, cook chicken breasts by boiling, baking, or grilling until fully cooked through. Allow the chicken to cool, then shred or dice it into bite-sized pieces for easy wrapping.
  2. Toss Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the sweet chili sauce. Stir well to coat every piece evenly with the spicy-sweet glaze that provides the wrap’s signature flavor.
  3. Prepare the Veggies: Wash and prepare the fresh vegetables by shredding the lettuce or mixed greens, shredding the carrots, thinly slicing the cucumber and red onion. If using avocado, slice it just before assembly to prevent browning.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat on your work surface. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt in the center if using for added creaminess.
